Arts Educators Showcase
Arts Educators Showcase
Region Six Project, Downtown Fayetteville, NC
This past summer, I had the opportunity to participate in the Arts Educators Exhibition, a showcase celebrating the creativity and artistic talents of visual arts educators throughout Cumberland County. Held at the Region Six Project in downtown Fayetteville, NC, the exhibition provided a space for art educators to share their personal creative practices and highlight the artistic work they pursue beyond the classroom.
As a participating artist, I was proud to have my work included in this exhibition alongside fellow educators who share a passion, for both art making and arts education. This experience highlighted the importance of creativity, artistic expression, and the role of visual arts educators in fostering a vibrant arts community. Participating in this exhibition was a meaningful opportunity to celebrate the connection between teaching and creating while sharing my artistic voice with the local community.
